If you were to fail your third attempt of the part one,
part two, or part three tests with 4 Wheelz you can either
have a full refund of the course fees currently £3319.00 or
retake the whole course again at no extra cost.
( except the DSA exam fees ). If you are retraining you
would have to wait the mandatory two years after passing
your part one test before you could recommence the training.
Throughout the training and while waiting for the retraining
option the trainee must contact the Senior Training officer
every 4 weeks or less to update on their circumstances,
availability & homework status.
All three original failure sheets must be produced to claim
on the guarantee within 14 days of failing.
You must attend all arranged training sessions & implement
all advice given by the Training Officer to claim on the
guarantee or retraining option.
Within 14 days of receipt of the failure sheets 4 Wheelz will
refund the appropriate payment.
The payment will be refunded by cheque or to the same
credit or debit card used to pay for the course or direct
to loan source eg. career development loan.
Under no circumstances will 4 Wheelz refund in cash. Books & DVD Rom costs are not refundable. |
